A Quick Message from Mike Before You Contact Us

Before completing the Contact Us form below, please take a moment to review the following information so you have a clear understanding of how I work, what I expect from my clients, and what you can expect from KISS Dog Training.

Before you make any dog training decision, I want you to have a clear understanding of how I work and what to expect—before any money exchanges hands. I began training in 2008, and over time, I’ve found that being as transparent as possible—clearly outlining what I expect from my clients, what they can expect from me, and making all pricing available on the website—is the best way to ensure clients go into the training process with their eyes wide open and with no surprises.

KISS Dog Training is a one-person dog training business. I handle all training sessions, scheduling, calls, and client communication myself, so I operate on a very structured schedule to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Availability

I work with clients Monday through Thursday with set session start times of 9:30 AM, 12:30 PM, and 3:30 PM. Phone calls—both with current clients and those looking for more information—are scheduled between sessions once I return to the office, and availability will vary based on how long it takes me to get back.

Because of that, my availability for phone calls Monday through Thursday is fairly limited. Email is often the better option, as it keeps everything organized on my end and makes it much less likely for anything to be misplaced, overlooked, or missed.

Because of this, I’ve set Fridays aside specifically for client communication and new client on-boarding. Due to the flexibility of that day, it’s often the easiest time to connect with me.

I do have limited weekend availability—both Saturday and Sunday—scheduled only as they fit my personal calendar. Since these require me to work a sixth or seventh day that week, there is an additional $30 fee per session.

One final note before submitting the Contact Us form: please take a few minutes to review the “Start Here” page on the website, as well as the Fine Print and Frequently Asked Questions. If you decide to move forward, you’ll be asked to electronically sign that you’ve reviewed and agree to that information. This is just another way I work to be as transparent as possible in a dog training industry that isn’t always that way.
