Yes, we will refuse to work with people that do not take this first step seriously (for example a questionnaire marked with over 50% N/A). The fact you are looking for help with what we refer to as a Complex Case shows the serious nature of the issues you are having from a behavioral, civil, and legal responsibility standpoint.
