This interview was done a while ago, but it’s one of my favorites. The person featured is a truly remarkable thinker in the animal world. Even though her focus isn’t exclusively on dogs, her ideas are powerful and applicable across species — and they force us to examine our preconceived notions about behavior, communication, and how we relate to animals in general.

If you’re passionate about deepening your understanding of animal behavior and expanding your perspective beyond traditional dog‑training paradigms, this is definitely worth your time. I’d also recommend checking out her books — they challenge conventional thinking and open up new ways of seeing animals and our relationships with them.

And if you ever get the chance to see her speak in person… DO IT!!!!
