I came across a pretty funny — and surprisingly interesting — article that plays with the idea of canines and humans competing head-to-head in Olympic-style events.

It’s obviously meant to be lighthearted, but it also highlights something dog owners already know: dogs are incredibly specialized athletes when it comes to speed, endurance, agility, and focus. In some events, humans wouldn’t even come close.

This one is more about fun than training advice, but it’s a good reminder that dogs are capable of far more than we often give them credit for — especially when they’re bred, conditioned, and trained for specific jobs.
