Here is the FAQ from the KC-MO website… Apparently Pet Smart Charities has donated 100k dollars to the vaccination/spay or neuter of pit bull and pit bull mixes… We should all say thank you to Pet Smart for finally helping take care of our local pit bulls rather than restricting them!!!!
